Raychelle Santos, MA brings warmth, curiosity, and a deeply relational approach to her work with clients. She has completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Marriage and Family Therapy emphasis and works with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, from children to older adults.

She integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, existential therapy, and the Gottman Method, while tailoring each session to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the client. Her style is collaborative and creative, with a focus on helping clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful change.


In addition to individual work, Raychelle has experience co-leading therapeutic groups, including women’s breakup and divorce support, adolescent groups, and support groups for survivors of domestic violence. She values creating safe, inclusive spaces where clients can explore their experiences openly and build resilience.

Before entering the counseling field, Raychelle spent several years in corporate talent acquisition and people operations, which informs her strong understanding of workplace stress, identity, burnout, and performance pressure. She also holds graduate degrees in Sport and Exercise Psychology and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, giving her a unique perspective on motivation, mental performance, and the intersection between personal wellbeing and professional life.
