Not sure which appointment to choose?
Here’s a quick guide:

  • Location Choose In-Person to meet at our Ashburn office, or Virtual for a secure video session from home.
  • New Appointments If this is your first time meeting with us (or it’s been a while), choose a New appointment. This gives you and your provider time to get to know each other, talk through your goals, and create a plan.
  • Follow-Up (FU) Appointments If you’ve already been seen by one of our providers, choose a Follow-Up. These sessions are focused on continuing your care, checking progress, and building on previous conversations.
  • Parents Only (FU) Designed for parents who want to meet without their child present to discuss progress, concerns, or strategies.
  • Family / Couple Sessions Choose these if you’ll be attending together as a couple or family, whether it’s your first visit (New) or ongoing (Follow-Up).
