Donald
Hall, MD is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine and is board certified in general psychiatry.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Hall served as Chief of Walter Reed’s Outpatient Psychiatry Service and Clinical
Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. He provides individual counseling
and medication management and integrates Christian spirituality for those who are interested in this approach. Dr. Hall is
the author of the Handbook of Psychiatric Drugsand several publications on adjustment to stress. He is a recipient
of the American Psychiatric Association's resident research award for work on mood cycles in depression. He has published

over twenty years of experience in clinical psychology. He obtained his doctoral degree from The University of Denver. He
has worked in schools, hospitals, and private practice settings. Dr. Lipp provides counseling and psychological testing for
children, adolescents, and adults of all ages.
Nurse Practioner
Lori Smith-Williamson, C-ANP. Lori
has been prescribing medication as a nurse practitioner for over twenty years. She has worked at Loudoun Hospital's
inpatient psychiatry unit and in outpatient neurology and neurosurgery offices. She earned her Master's of Science in nursing
and Nurse Practioner certification at George Mason University. She offers psychiatric medication management to patients at
Riverside. Counselors Michelle Bogdan, LCSW obtained her Master's Degree in social work at the
University of Buffalo. She has been a counselor for seven years and specializes in care for children, adolescents, and
their families. She provides counseling for children, adults, couples, and families.
Christine Heaton, LPC, LMFT obtained her Master's
Degree in Counseling and Development from George Mason University and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist certification
from Virginia Tech. She has fifteen years of experience in counseling children and adults. Cara
Kenny, LPC obtained her Master's Degree in counseling for the George Washington University. She has been practicing
in the Leesburg area for sixteen years, and speaks Italian and French fluently. She provides counseling for individuals and
couples. Pam Massaneillo, LPC

anxiety, and has specialized training in critical stress management. Maria Mercado,
LPC has ten years of counseling experience and specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy. She obtained her
Master's Degree from the University of Phoenix. She provides care to children, adults, couples, and families.
Jane Risoleo, LPC earned two Masters Degrees
from Marymount University, and is past clinical Director of North Spring Hospital. She offers counseling to children

Satterfield, LPC has eighteen years of experience in counseling, professional
coaching, and leadership development. She earned her Master’s Degree from Georgia State University.
She emphasizes strength-building and positive psychology in her counseling approach with older adolescents
and adults. Alexis Slack, LCSW earned her Master’s Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and has six years of counseling
